Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)
Helping seniors understand Medicare and complicated health insurance
matters, as well as deal with the inevitable paperwork, is the task of the
Senior Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). Trained volunteers offer free, confidential, one-on-one medical claims assistance and health insurance counseling at most county senior centers.
