— VNHC offers expert, compassionate end-of-life hospice care to patients in their own homes throughout lower Fairfield county, or in our 12-bed Richard L. Rosenthal hospice Residence in Stamford. In addition, pastoral /bereavement counselors are available for grieving patients and families, and volunteers assist families with respite care.
