Caregiver Support Group Meeting Regular Monthly Meeting (7-9pm) – These groups are for anyone who is caring for an elderly loved one, particularly someone with memory loss. If you are looking for a caring, comforting environment, this is the place for you. OUR SUPPORT GROUPS ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. FREE MEDICARE S.H.I.P. FORUM - This FREE Forum will cover such important topics as Medicare Part D and the upcoming Open Enrollment period from November 15 through the end of the year. The Forum will be held at SAGE, located at 290 Broad Street in Summit. SAGE also provides free, ongoing assistance with Medicare and related health and long-term care insurance questions. A S.H.I.P. representative is available at SAGE from 9:30-12:30pm on the first Friday of every month, as well as by appointment.
