— A social club for independent adults with early stage memory impairment. Activities and  meals are provided in a friendly, attractive club setting.

— Located on the Weinberg Village campus in Squirrel Hill, this day program provides comprehensive services for adults who may be memory and/or physically impaired. Adults enjoy a supportive, stimulating environment that offers nutritious meals, exercise (including T’ai Chi), nursing supervision, medication management, and more.

We have a team of physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, dieticians, home care workers, and recreation coordinators that can help you remain in your own home. A partnership between Lutheran Affiliated Services and Pittsburgh Mercy Health System.
