Our apartments are available to active adults age 62 plus. You can choose from bright, spacious efficiencies, one or two bedroom apartments that include utilities, making budgeting easy for fixed-income seniors.

Recreational activities occur regularly and include on-premise events & celebrations as well as outings to area attractions, casinos and cultural events. There is an on-site City of New Haven senior center, library and various religious services, in addition to our own Resident Services office. Bella Vista is on the Connecticut Transit bus line and also offers a weekday shopping bus free of charge to residents.
Convenient retail outlets located in our community make shopping for necessities even easier for residents who prefer staying closer to home. Residents can go grocery shopping, visit the full-service pharmacy, or do their banking right here on site - all before an appointment at the beauty/barber shop, or meeting friends for breakfast or lunch at the Bella Vista deli!
