This free Cleveland Clinic hospitals' program entitles you to special discounts and services available exclusively to Healthwise Connection members. Our program is open to all people age 50 and older who are interested in preserving and protecting their health, while saving money and savoring new experiences.
Membership benefits include discounts on parking, cafeteria food and gift shop purchases at select Cleveland Clinic hospitals, as well as access to discount cards for savings on prescription medications, eyewear and dental services. These nationally accepted discount cards are available only to Healthwise Connection members. The prescription card is available at no cost, while the vision and dental cards are available for nominal fees. Discounts on hearing aids, medical equipment, safety-monitoring services and YMCA memberships are available to Healthwise Connection members, too.
In addition, Healthwise Connection members enjoy special physician referral assistance at 10 Cleveland Clinic hospitals, including our downtown Cleveland campus and our network of conveniently located community hospitals: Cleveland Clinic-affiliate Ashtabula County Medical Center and Euclid, Fairview, Hillcrest, Huron, Lakewood, Lutheran, Marymount and South Pointe hospitals. Healthwise Connection members also have access to free health and wellness lectures, health screenings, financial seminars and other important programming. At select hospitals, access to exercise programs, insurance form assistance and transportation services are provided with your no-cost Healthwise Connection membership. Finally, a quarterly newsletter helps you keep track of it all, in addition to providing health information, wellness tips, healthy recipes and more.
