Medical and Surgical Nursing Secure and Confidential Records: Our employees are required to keep records of the care being provided and services preformed while caring for you or your loved one. These records are returned to the main office where they are maintained in locked files to maintain you confidentiality. Accurate billing through the use of time slips: Our employees record the hours worked on time slips. You will be asked to sign the time slip on a daily and/or weekly basis. This document with your signature is proof of hours worked. You will receive a copy of this time slip for your records. The rest of the form comes back to the office to be used by payroll. We accept most insurance reimbursement. Our Employees:Our employees come from all walks of life, however they have one thing in common- a love of people and a desire to help others.
