Carespring Healthcare Management Carespring Health Care Management was formed in 1997 in order to maintain the highest quality of care for our residents. We are not an “outside” management group, but a team of experienced health care providers. 	BARRINGTON Barrington of Ft. Thomas Independent and Assisted Living is conveniently located in Northern Kentucky, just off Interstate 471 at Exit 2 (State Rt. 27, the Ft. Thomas/Southgate Exit). Simply turn west from the exit onto Alexandria Pike. Go to Highland Avenue and turn right. Barrington of Ft. Thomas is located adjacent to Highlandspring of Ft. Thomas (2/10 of a mile on the right, between the Campbell County Public Library and Good Shepherd Pelletier).
	DAYSPRING Daypring of Miami Valley Health Care Center and Rehabilitation is conveniently located in Fairborn, Ohio. From Huber Heights: Take I-70 East to I-675 South to first exit (Exit 24); at exit, take Dayton-Springfield Road (Rt. 444) East approximately 2 miles to Dayspring. From Kettering/Beavercreek: Take 1-675 North to exit 24; at exit, take Dayton-Springfield Road (Rt. 444) East approximately 2 miles to Dayspring. From Springfield: Take Rt. 4 West to Enon exit; at exit, take Enon-Xenia Road South to Main Street in Enon (Rt. 444, Dayton-Springfield Road), West approximately 1 1/2 miles to Dayspring.
	EASTGATESPRING Eastgatespring of Cincinnati Health Care Center and Rehabilitation is conveniently located at the corner of Glen Este-Withamsville Road and Route 32, just one block East of Biggs. Take I-275 to Rt. 32 East exit. Stay on Rt. 32 East. Turn right on Glen Este-Withamsville Rd. Eastgatespring is on the left.
	HERITAGESPRING Heritagespring of West Chester is a “newer” facility offering a Health Care Center and Rehabilitation, with Independent and Assisted Living cottages and apartments for seniors coming soon. It’s conveniently located in West Chester at 8160 Hamilton-Mason Rd. Take I-75 to the Tylersville Rd. Exit #22 toward Hamilton/Mason. Turn East on Tylersville Rd. and follow for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn Left onto Cox Rd and follow for approximately 1 mile. Turn Right onto Hamilton-Mason Rd. Heritagespring is located approximately 1/4 mile away, across from the Voice of America Park.

It’s conveniently located in Harrison Ohio at 10111 Simonson Rd. From Indiana: Take I-74 East toward Cincinnati. Take the Dry Fork Rd. exit (Exit 3) and turn right onto Dry Fork Rd. Follow Dry Fork Rd. for approximately 1/2 mile and turn right onto Simonson Rd. Shawneespring is located 1/4 mile on the left. From Greater Cincinnati: Take I-74 West toward Indianapolis.
