Mars, PA – January 7, 2011 – Celtic Healthcare, Inc. closed a $9MM deal to acquire Hospice Community Care and HCC Home Health in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This acquisition expands Celtic’s geographic presence from Western and Central Pennsylvania, Northeast Ohio, and Montgomery and Baltimore counties, Maryland into Eastern Pennsylvania and enhances its hospice services throughout Celtic’s entire operating footprint.
