Country Meadows Retirement Community is located in the beautiful South Hills area of Pittsburgh – a suburban area with shops, theaters, churches and restaurants. Set on 23 acres in Bridgeville in South Fayette Township, Country Meadows is easy to reach via Interstate 79 and close to communities like Upper St. Clair, Mt. Lebanon, Peter's Township, Venetia and Bethel Park. Pittsburgh is just a short drive away.
At Country Meadows of South Hills, residents have an extraordinary opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest. We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and a rental community offering a spectrum of services that meet the changing needs of older adults.
We feature maintenance-free apartment-style accommodations for our residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Personal Care, Connections Memory Support Services, Pathways Restorative Services™. If the need arises, Country Meadows of South Hills has a 200-bed Skilled Nursing center.

- If health concerns arise, our 202-bed nursing center offers skilled and Alzheimer's care. The Mary Jane Leader Rehabilitation Center is also available for short-term acute rehabilitation stays.

- Need a perm, shampoo, cut or just some pampering? We have the convenience of an on-campus Beauty and Barber Shop.
