Custom Markers And Monuments provides a beautiful, unique product, unlike any other on the market today. Our product is a special Monument which has been designed to look exactly like a granite stone memorial. The difference between our Memorial and a granite stone monument is primarily the type of material we use in manufacturing the Monument.
At Custom Markers And Monuments, we use a special low-density polystyrene plastic which is an extremely durable material, UV resistant, which will hold up very well in all types of weather and climates. The major advantage to our using polystyrene plastic, besides durability, is cost. Because the material we use is affordable, we are able to provide our customers with a beautiful, durable monument, memorial or headstone to anyone wishing to purchase a special memorial, at a cost that is much more affordable than that of a granite stone. Our Monument has the appearance of tapered cut granite stone, on a cut stone base.
Custom Markers And Monuments offers our Monument in two sizes and eight different colors. Our larger Monument, the Commemorative Monument is 15" wide x 9 ½" deep and sits 12 ½" high and weighs approximately 6 lbs. when empty. Our smaller Monument, the Memory Monument is 8" wide by 4 ¾" deep and sits 6 ½" high. The Memory Monument weighs approximately 1 lb. when empty. Both of our Monuments have a recessed fill hole in the bottom, so the Monument may be filled with sand, cement or gravel. Both of our Monuments may also be used as an Urn.
The front of our Monument has a slanted, recessed area where you may choose to attach one of a number of different plaque types including Plastic, Aluminum, Bronze or Marble. You may choose to have your plaque engraved with text and/or with a special picture or photo. In addition, we now offer a low-cost plastic Letter Board Kit in either bronze or silver colors, in which plastic letters may be placed to create any special message. If you are in need of a monument for any special occasion and simply do not have time to wait for custom engraving, then our letter board kit is the way to go.
The two Memorial Products that we offer here at Custom Markers and Monument have been used as Headstones, Pet Memorials, Urns, Dedication Markers, Garden Markers and Address Markers. Our smaller, Memory Monument is absolutely ideal for use as a Pet Memorial because you can place a 4x6 photo of your beloved pet directly on the front of the Monument.
