Our firm was formed in 1998 and maintains its offices conveniently close to the Garden State Parkway in Clark, New Jersey. The firm is the successor to the real estate practice founded in 1965 by Stanley Fink. Gene Rosner joined Stan in 1978; and Linda Ershow-Levenberg joined them in 1998. Both Linda and Gene were listed among New Jersey's Super Lawyers for Elder Law in 2007.
Gene and Linda are Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELA)* and have been engaged in elder law practice since 1995. They are among the first group of attorneys to receive this certification. Stanley Fink is a founding member of the New Jersey Association of Real Estate Attorneys. All three are recognized by their peers as teachers, mentors, and highly skilled legal advocates, and they are regularly called upon for lectures to professional and community groups. Lauren Marinaro, the Firm's Associate Attorney, received this country's first LLM advanced degree in elder law.

*WHAT IS A CERTIFIED ELDER LAW ATTORNEY?
Certification is obtained through the National Elder Law Foundation which is an ABA-approved accrediting organization that is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court. To become Certified, one must pass the national exam, have extensive legal experience in twenty-three component areas of the practice of elder law during the prior three years, be in practice for at least five years, demonstrate proficiency in elder law with case studies, and be recommended by three other CELAs. Certified Elder Law Attorneys must be recertified every five years.
