Our firm was formed in 1998 and maintains its offices conveniently close to the Garden State Parkway in Clark, New Jersey.

Gene Rosner and Linda Ershow-Levenberg are Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELA)* and have been engaged in elder law practice since 1995. They are among the first group of attorneys to receive this certification. Both have been listed selected as NJ SuperLawyers by NJ Monthly Magazine every year since 2007.

Linda Ershow-Levenberg represents clients in all facets of elder and disability law. Her practice includes both planning and litigation in the areas of Medicaid Eligibility, Social Security Disability Appeals, Guardianships, Estate and Trust litigation including preparation of Special Needs Trusts, Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning, and the administration of decedent’s estates (Probate). She also serves as Guardian, Trustee, or Executor upon request. Linda is the Co-Author of Lexis Nexis Practice Guide: New Jersey Elder Law, and lectures for attorneys, other professionals and the general community on elder law planning.

Gene Rosner also represents clients in all facets of elder and disability law.  His practice includes both planning and litigation in the areas of Elder and Disability Law, Estate and Trust and Litigation including preparation of Special Needs Trusts, Guardianships, Estate Planning, Family Law (particularly cases involving a disabled spouse) and Mediation. He is a frequent lecturer on elder law and matrimonial law for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education of New Jersey. He also serves as a panelist for the Union County Matrimonial Early Settlement Program under the auspices of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Stanley Fink is a founding member of the New Jersey Association of Real Estate Attorneys and founder of the firm. Stan represents clients in Real Estate, Planning and Zoning, Business transactions, Probate and Estate Administration matters. He frequently speaks to non-lawyer groups on buying and selling real estate, mortgages, and related subjects.

Lauren Marinaro is now a partner in the firm. Her areas of practice are Elder Law, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Estate Administration, and Veterans' Benefits. Lauren received this country's first LLM advanced degree in Elder Law. She also handles matters related to Mental Health Law and Identity (birth certificate and name changes), and Veterans’ Pension benefits.

Seth Director is now a partner in the firm. He focuses solely on veteran’s law and veteran-related issues, claims and benefits, particularly VA disability compensation, and offers a unique perspective as a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Associate Attorney: Lauren Marinaro. Lauren’s practice includes all areas of Elder Law and Estate Administration. 

Parag Patel recently joined the firm, "of Counsel".

*WHAT IS A CERTIFIED ELDER LAW ATTORNEY?

Certification is obtained through the National Elder Law Foundation which is an ABA-approved accrediting organization that is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court. To become certified, one must pass the national exam, have extensive legal experience in twenty-three component areas of the practice of elder law during the prior three years, be in practice for at least five years, demonstrate proficiency in elder law with case studies, and be recommended by three other CELAs. Certified Elder Law Attorneys must be recertified every five years.
