Help determine if the supplies ordered are a covered benefit under the customer’s insurance policy/policies.
Aid in obtaining documentation for covered supplies and direction on how to obtain any non-covered supplies.
Make re-orders stress free with HAR-KEL, INC.’S Recur system.
Ship all “re-orders” the same day if received prior to 4:30 PM for UPS and 4:00 PM for United States Postal Service (discrete packaging available upon request).
Work with healthcare providers (physician, home health agency, skilled nursing facility, etc.) to ensure that the supplies the patient needs are provided to best fit the care plan of that patient.
Answer questions and be a resource to all of HAR-KEL, INC.’S customers and healthcare providers.
Clinical in-servicing is available upon request.
