Heartland has seven maintenance-free communities in the Pittsburgh area that feature our Charleston Collection of homes. The Charleston Collection includes first floor master bedrooms, attached garages, and nine-foot ceilings on the first floor. They can be built on a slab or with a full basement. There are seven spacious models to choose from in our Charleston Collection including a charming ranch.
