Care Providers
The Innova team consists of full-time, licensed health care providers, attending physicians, nurses and staff members who specialize in post-acute care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, social work and therapeutic recreation.
Specialized Care Units
Innova offers specialized care units that include: Dialysis Unit, Bariatric Unit, Essentia (Memory Impairment Disorder Care Unit) and Cultural Units.
Spanish Culture Unit
Serving the Spanish-speaking population in the Vineland and Hammonton areas, Innova Health & Rehab offers a Spanish-speaking care unit at the Hammonton facility. The Spanish culture unit is staffed 24 hours a day with bilingual nurses, caseworkers and other staff members. Residents in the Hispanic wing can enjoy specific activities related to Spanish culture including mass conducted in Spanish, musical and TV programs, Spanish reading materials, as well as the Spanish flavored menu.
Asian Culture Unit
Serving the Philadelphia and South Jersey Asian population, Innova Health & Rehab offers a Korean care unit in the Mt. Laurel facility. The Korean wing has bi-lingual staff including nurses, an activities coordinator, an office manager, chefs and an interpreter available 24 hours a day. Residents in the Korean unit can enjoy specific activities related to Asian culture such as games, Korean TV and newspapers, gardening and music activities, religious services and the Korean flavored menu.
Dignified Care for Patients with Memory Impairment
Designed to provide an active, fulfilling environment for those with diminished memory, Essentia is a program defined by staff training, resident structure, and practiced patience. Essentia helps patients lead a meaningful life in a secure and safe environment we call the “Essentia Neighborhood.” In a seven-day-a-week therapeutic program, Essentia delivers structure, daily activities and, above all, dignified care to dementia patients and those with other forms of memory impairment.
Convenient Dialysis Services
Innova Health & Rehab delivers focused patient care and state-of-the-art technology for patients with inefficient kidney performance. Innova’s specialized sub-acute unit and Lourdes Dialysis Center make dialysis treatment as comfortable and convenient as possible.
