you are at least 55 years old, have limited income ($1,911 / month or
less) and assets ($8,000 or less) or can afford to privately pay; live
in central or western Allegheny County; have medical conditions and limitations
in daily activities that prevent living independently and safely at home,
contact LIFE Pittsburgh.
LIFE Pittsburgh's team of physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, social workers, dieticians, home care workers, and therapeutic recreation coordinators provides.
