- Assist you and your realtor in preparing your home for sale. We will review your realtor's list of recommendations and develop an action plan to complete these recommendations in a timely manner. Following your realtor's advice and recommendations will significantly enhance the salability of your home.
- Contractor oversight and supervision on necessary maintenance & repair projects.
- Square Footage Evaluation – We will do a comparison study between the size of your current home and future new home & determine if there will be a need to downsize personal contents.
- Provide every client with a comprehensive furniture/storage space plan prior to packing the very first box. Why pay to move items you can no longer use or keep due to space limitations?
- Determine an accurate value on items to be sold, donated or disposed.
- Provide resources & assistance in the sale of household items.
- Worldwide shipping on cherished heirloom items.
- Packing & Move Day Coordination
- Unpacking & New Residence Set Up – we will set up your entire residence by making the beds, setting up all electronics, unpack all boxes and set up your closets & cabinets, removal of all move related debris (boxes/bubble wrap/wrapping paper, etc.)
Post Move Support – We will be available for two days after your move to assist you in finalizing the move by addressing any changes, hanging your artwork, wall décor, etc. and miscellaneous help as requested.
