About our employees

All candidates must meet our strict requirements and go through a thorough verification, screening, and testing process including Act 33 (Child Abuse) and Act 34 (Criminal) clearances. Employee licensing, certification, CPR, physical, and TB must be current. All Liken employees are bonded and insured for general and professional liability and worker's compensation. Liken Home Care employs only experienced Nurse Aides, Certified Nurse Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. All employees attend continuing education, annual evaluations, OSHA and HIPAA training. We comply with all state and federal regulations.
