About our employees
All candidates must meet our strict requirements and go through a thorough verification, screening, and testing process including Act 33 (Child Abuse) and Act 34 (Criminal) clearances. Employee licensing, certification, CPR, physical, and TB must be current. All Liken employees are bonded and insured for general and professional liability and worker's compensation. Liken Health Care employs only experienced Nurse Aides, Certified Nurse Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. All employees attend continuing education, annual evaluations, OSHA and HIPAA training. We comply with all state and federal regulations.

Our Patient Care Coordinators will coordinate our services with members of your family, Geriatric Care Managers, Trust Officers, Financial Planners, Physicians, discharge planners in the facilities, etc. They will also coordinate any other services or needs you may have to help you remain independent in the home. We are not a Medicare provider, but do accept Long Term Care Insurance, Workers Compensation, Medicaid & other funding sources, Private Insurance, and private pay.
