rich history with over 90 years of service to older adults.The original
Otterbein community was established in Lebanon in 1912 and today there
are five Otterbein communities in Ohio.
As continuing care retirement communities, we provide an array of services to meet your changing needs. A variety of living options include neighborhood living in ranch homes, patio homes or apartments, assisted living accommodations and health care services, which include skilled nursing, Alzheimer's care and rehabilitation services.
