The Senior Health & Wellness at MetroHealth Old Brooklyn Campus is the result of a unique collaboration of three Cleveland organizations committed to providing comprehensive health care services to older adults all under one roof.

- The Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio, committed to bringing hospice care and home care to urban communities.
- Benjamin Rose Institute, creating best practice guidelines to improve medical outcomes.
The Senior Health & Wellness Center is a national model for the care of adults age 55 and up. Our 354,000 square foot campus includes MetroHealth’s Senior Health Outpatient Program, a one-of-a-kind, one-stop-shop for everything from primary senior care to specialty services, including cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, endocrinology, mental health, neurology, nephrology, podiatry, pulmonology, radiology, rheumatology, ophthalmology, and otolaryngology (ENT)
What else makes The Senior Health & Wellness Center unique?
- We are one of few centers in the country that has more than 20 senior health specialists – all of whom have completed a specific course of study (above and beyond their full medical education) focused on the care of elders.
- All of our physicians are connected via electronic medical records, so each patient’s up-to-the-minute medical history is immediately available to our entire staff. This makes visits simple and easy.
