The Commons at Stonebrook Village offers an independent and gracious lifestyle of choice for our residents 55 and over. Each resident selects the apartment most suited to their individual needs and may choose additional services to complement their lifestyle. We provide a warm, friendly atmosphere with no buy-in fees or long term leases, where our staff knows each of our residents and can respond to personal needs.

The Commons at Stonebrook Village is located off Rochester Road in the Town of McCandless. The community is encompassed by fifty acres of trees and streams. Although the setting is park-like, Stonebrook Village is only minutes from Interstate 279 and downtown Pittsburgh. It is just five minutes from shopping, professional services, places of worship, and local entertainment venues.

Chef – prepared lunch and dinner are served in our formal dining room or pub. Residents also have the option of reserving the club house for special occasions. The furnished lobbies, found on each of the three floors, are a place to congregate with friends, attend social events, or simply relax.
There are many planned activities on and off campus including computer classes, card groups, and book clubs. With transportation provided, going out to lunch, attending movies, and weekly shopping trips are the favorites among residents!
