UPMC Cumberland Woods Village - The Best in Easy Living in the North Hills
Located on a hilltop above UPMC Passavant, Cumberland Woods Village will be the first UPMC Senior Communities facility to offer independent living and assisted living on the same campus as a state-of-the-art hospital. “The main lobby area is stone and cedar with a high vaulted ceiling, surrounded by a beautiful 32-acre wooded campus with panoramic views. It feels like a private mountaintop lodge,” says Greta Ceranic, sales consultant for the facility.

“Our residents will be just minutes away from the great shops and restaurants on the McKnight Road corridor, plus countless cultural and religious connections,” says Kitty Collins, a vice president of UPMC Senior Communities. “Downtown Pittsburgh also can be easily reached by car or public transportation.”

Pets are welcome and residents are encouraged to decorate their apartments to their preference. Weekly housekeeping is provided, and residents can choose lunch or dinner as their daily chef-prepared meal.
Full security, on-call assistance and maintenance services are all standard amenities.
Prospective residents can choose from a monthly rental or a continuing-care entrance fee option.
