In-Home Hospice
Hospice is a special way of caring for patients at the end of their lives. At the VNA, we believe that our Hospice care should help patients live as comfortably as possible in the end stages of life, and we are dedicated to making every day count for our patients and families. Our focus is not only on the physical needs of patients and their families but also their emotional, social and spiritual needs.
Some of our services include chronic illness care, terminal pain and symptom management, 24-hour availability, patient and caregiver education and end-of-life care.
Our Hospice care promotes comfort and self-determination, enabling patients to participate in making decisions about care at the end of their lives.
