diabetes specialists—nurse practitioners, dieticians,
pharmacists, educators, and exercise physiologists—who
help address every aspect of diabetes, which can be a
very complicated problem to manage.
Finally, managing diabetes is not always easy but
it is well worth the effort. Making a plan, setting
personal goals and providing and receiving support
can help every person to be more successful and
healthier overall.
